Check Whether Your Labour Rights Are Being Respected

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) has prepared a practical and easy-to-use online tool that allows employees working in the Czech Republic to check whether their labour rights are being respected.

The tool works as a simple interactive questionnaire – you gradually answer questions related to your work situation (such as employment contract, wages, working hours, accommodation, etc.).

At the end of the questionnaire, you will receive an indicative overview showing whether your situation appears to be in order or whether there may be a risk that your labour rights are being violated. The document also includes useful links and contact details for institutions and organizations that you can turn to if you find out that your labour rights are being violated.

A major advantage of this tool is that it is available in several language versions, including Mongolian, making it easily accessible for foreign workers.

👉 You can access the online questionnaire here.

We recommend this tool to anyone who would like to better understand their work situation and gain a clearer overview of their rights on the Czech labour market.
